The Pool Attendant will greet and welcome members and guests to the pool area, helping to create an inviting, hospitable and fun outdoor recreational experience. The Pool Attendant will be highly attentive to all pool guests at all times, handle guests requests, and assist with food and beverage requests. Restock pool and locker room towels, sunscreen, and other locker room amenities. Keeps the pool area tidy, remove debris and sweep pool. Ensures that all pool equipment is cleaned and ready to use. Maintain bocce ball court, volleyball court and frisbee golf equipment. Duties also include morning set up and evening reset. Also, monitors the use of the water slide.
As this is primarily an outdoor recreational position, the ability to be exposed to the sun and elements of a pool for long periods of time is required.
To help ensure a safe pool experience for our members and guests, the position requires current First Aid/CPR certification; AED knowledge/certification highly desirable.
Please note: If selected, candidates must be able to work daily/extended hours during Nani O Kukui'ula (July 21 - 28); and on a casual as needed basis during the summer.
