Accounting Operations Manager

This department head management level position, works to facilitate financial information, processes and services for The Club at Kukui’ula through Kukui’ula Development Company Hawaii. This role requires an individual with a broad range of financial and analytical skills, demonstrated financial acumen, as well as a strong ability to problem solve and communicate at a high level. A key performance measure of this position’s effectiveness will be the production of financial tools, such as managing member closings, monthly financial closings, forecasting and creating annual budgets for the Club and HOA. The ideal candidate will have a 4-year college degree in Management or Accounting, or industry training equivalent, hospitality financial management responsibilities, and proficient in management of POS sales software. Excellent communication and customer services skills is a must. Proficiency with MS Office is required, including programs such as Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook. Experience with Property Management, HOA and/or Real Estate Sales transactions beneficial.
