The Evening F&B Operations Manager is charged with delivering an outstanding service experience to any person who enters the Plantation House. This is a ‘hands on” position requiring significant time on the floor interfacing with employee staff, club members, and guests. It is a high guest contact position and requires a person with a warm and outgoing personality, and high level of knowledge in food service, food products and beverage/alcohol products. This position is part of the food & beverage service delivery team, will wait tables, bus tables and do whatever is necessary to insure the Club delivers world class service. Responsibilities also include overseeing all areas of Club operations in the evening to ensure member and guest satisfaction and safety, similar to a Manager on Duty. Respond to member inquiries, requests and issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner. Oversight, training and scheduling of F&B service staff. This position will be responsible for being an expert with F&B point of Sales system (Northstar) and assume audit responsibilities similar to that of a head cashier. Experienced in training, achieving and maintaining world-class food & beverage service standards.
