About this Job
The Security Manager is responsible for overseeing all safety and security programs and initiatives to ensure the safety of Club members, guests and staff. Develop, train and administer Standard Operating Procedures for all Security operations including, but not limited to, emergency situations, natural disasters, medical emergencies, thefts, accidents and unlawful activities. Determine risk exposure and create proactive loss prevention measures. Monitor and develop security staff performance, providing supervision, scheduling, conducting counseling and evaluations.
